Vertical Living College of Faith – Student Commitment Agreement

Effective Date: August 13, 2025

We are a Christian learning community, committed to studying God’s Word, growing in faith, and preparing for service. By joining Vertical Living College of Faith, you agree to uphold the following commitments during your time here:

​

1. Faith & Respect

  • I understand the College is a Christ-centered community based on the Bible and the Statement of Faith.

  • I will respect the beliefs, values, and worship practices of the College, even if I do not fully share them.

  • I will participate in chapel, prayer, and other spiritual activities as part of my education.

 

2. Character & Conduct

  • I will treat all students, staff, and faculty with kindness, respect, and honesty.

  • I will not engage in harassment, dishonesty, theft, illegal drug use, drunkenness, sexual misconduct, or other behaviour that goes against biblical teaching.

  • I will follow all campus rules and applicable laws.

 

3. Academic Commitment

  • I will attend all required classes, chapel services, and events unless excused.

  • I will do my own work with integrity and avoid plagiarism or cheating.

  • I will take responsibility for my studies and ask for help if I am struggling.

 

4. Financial Responsibility

  • I will pay my tuition and fees by the deadlines set by the College.

  • I understand that refunds follow the College’s refund policy.

 

5. Stewardship

  • I will take care of College property and report any damage or problems.

  • I will respect shared spaces such as classrooms, dorms, and the library.

 

6. Acknowledgement

I understand that failure to follow these commitments may result in warnings, probation, suspension, or dismissal from the College.
