Vertical Living College of Faith - Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Vertical Living College of Faith (“the College”) and its students, faculty, staff, and visitors. By enrolling, attending classes, participating in events, or otherwise engaging with the College, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any related policies, codes of conduct, and handbooks issued by the College.
2. Mission & Faith Commitment
The College is a private Christian institution dedicated to the study and application of the Bible, preparing individuals for ministry, service, and personal spiritual growth. All activities and instruction are conducted in alignment with the College’s Statement of Faith, which is available upon request and on the College’s website.

All students are expected to respect and uphold the values and beliefs of the College, even if they do not personally hold them.

Participation in chapel, prayer, and other spiritual activities may be a required part of the educational program.
3. Admissions & Enrollment

Admission is at the sole discretion of the College, based on academic readiness, character references, and alignment with the mission and values of the College.

The College reserves the right to deny or revoke admission to any applicant or student who fails to meet its academic, moral, or behavioural standards.

Students must submit accurate information during the application process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate dismissal.
4. Academic Standards

Students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress as outlined in the College’s Academic Handbook.

The College reserves the right to amend academic requirements, course offerings, or schedules without prior notice.

Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or expulsion.
5. Code of Conduct
The College upholds Christian moral and ethical standards in accordance with Biblical teaching. Students, faculty, and staff are expected to:

Treat all members of the community with respect and kindness.

Refrain from dishonesty, theft, or any form of harassment.

Abstain from illegal drug use, intoxication, sexual misconduct, or any behavior inconsistent with the College’s Statement of Faith.

Follow all campus rules and the laws of the local jurisdiction.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent dismissal.
6. Tuition, Fees & Refunds

Tuition and fees must be paid in full by the deadlines established by the College.

The College reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees at any time.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the College’s Refund Policy, available upon request.

It is recommended that students purchase general insurance and rental insurance. Vertical Living College of Faith will provide a safe and secure location, and storage of students information but assumes no liable responsibility for injury or loss to person or belongings.
7. Attendance & Participation

Attendance at all scheduled classes, chapel services, and required events is mandatory unless excused in advance.

Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in grade penalties or dismissal from the program.
8. Use of College Facilities & Property

Students are responsible for the proper care and use of College property, including classrooms, dormitories, and library resources.

Damage to College property may result in repair/replacement costs and disciplinary action.
9. Privacy & Records

The College maintains student records in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Student records may be shared with faculty, staff, or authorized third parties for legitimate academic or administrative purposes.

The College will not sell or share student personal information for commercial purposes.
10. Liability Disclaimer

The College is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property on campus.

Students participate in activities, travel, internships, and ministry assignments at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain personal insurance coverage.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The College reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the College’s official website or communicated via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the
Province/State of [Insert Location], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Agreement
By enrolling or participating in any program or activity of the College, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
